"I had a frustrating time..."
I had a frustrating time using the website. It took me way too long to find what I was looking for, some pages loaded really slowly, and the filters didn’t seem to work right for me. Checkout was also more confusing than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying. Weirdly, I remember the little loading icon spinning forever while I was just sitting there eating a pickle, which kind of sums up the whole thing

"Not great quality, honestly"
I ordered a few things for around the house, and right out of the box they just felt kind of cheap. One item already had scratches on it, which was annoying, and another started coming apart after about a week. I mean, they looked okay at first, so I was trying to be optimistic, but yeah, definitely not worth the money. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just basic decent quality, so this was disappointing

"Warranty Help That Made the Situation Less Stressful"
I had to file a warranty claim and, while it took a few days to get everything sorted, they did come through in the end. sometimes it’s not just about how fast something gets fixed, but whether you feel like the company is actually willing to stand behind what they sold you. In this case, they did, and that made the wait feel a lot more reasonable.

"Terrible instructions and useless email support"
I ordered a cabinet from the-homestore.com putting it together was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions were awful, tiny pictures, no real step-by-step guidance, and some of the parts didn’t even match what the manual called them. I spent hours longer than I should have trying to figure it out, and there were still a few screws where I was basically guessing. I emailed them for help too, but the replies felt like they were written by a robot just copying and pasting generic answers. Definitely not buying flat pack furniture from them again.

"Held up better than I thought"
Picked up a storage bench from the-homestore.com a few months ago happy with it. Gets used every day by the kids, mostly for sitting, climbing, and tossing stuff inside, and still feels sturdy. No wobbly legs or random loose pieces so far.
Only knocking it down to 4 stars because the fabric is starting to look a little worn on one corner. Not a huge issue though. Still a solid bench for the price...

"Shipping ended up being way too much"
I found a couple of things I actually liked on the-homestore.com, but the shipping cost pretty much killed it for me. It was higher than I expected, and after seeing the total, the order just didn’t feel worth it anymore.

The site itself was fine and checkout was easy enough, but the delivery fee really put me off. They make it sound like there are deals or better shipping options, but it all felt kind of vague until the final price showed up. I’d maybe order again if shipping was cheaper or they had a real promo

I was disappointed when this arrived because the color looked nothing like the photos. My sister even noticed right away and said it didn’t match what I thought I was ordering. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like it.

The box looked like it had been knocked around a little, and one corner of the shelf was chipped, maybe about the size of a small coin. It wasn’t completely damaged or unusable, but it was still frustrating to open it up and find it like that...

I booked a delivery slot and took the day off work, thinking it would be straightforward. Compared to other deliveries I’ve had, this one was a mess. They changed the time twice at the last minute, and then nobody showed up at all. When I contacted customer service, they basically just told me to wait, which wasn’t helpful. Really frustrating experience overall

"Ordering Was Smoother Than I Expected"
I placed an order on the-homestore.com and expected the usual waiting around or some kind of checkout hassle, but it went smoothly. The confirmation email showed up quicker than I thought it would, which was nice. The site was easy to get around and the prices seemed fair enough. I’m giving it 4 stars for now because ordering was easy, but I still want to see how the delivery part goes before saying it was a full win.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered something from the-homestore.com and it just took way longer than the estimate they gave me. I don’t know if it was a courier issue or something on their end, but the tracking barely changed the whole time and I kept having to check it myself. Maybe I missed some update somewhere, but overall it was frustrating and the delivery was just way too slow.
